So join us for a joyful blend of Pilates and Yoga where Pilates brings the steady strength and yoga brings the stretch-and-shine vibes.
We’ll wiggle, lengthen, stabilise, and occasionally negotiate with sleepy hamstrings, building core strength while convincing tense shoulders to finally relax. Expect energising movement followed by a deliciously restorative unwind, so you leave feeling uplifted, grounded, and mildly floaty in the best possible way.
We’ll be gathering in the beautiful Bandstand at Exhibition Park, 10am on Saturday mornings — fresh air, big skies, and a friendly community of humans doing their best to move, breathe, and feel more at home in their bodies.
After class, everyone’s welcome to wander over to the café for coffee and chat, because connection is just as nourishing as movement… and coffee counts as community fuel in my book!
Open to curious beginners, returning movers, creaky hips, busy minds, and anyone who wants both “let’s go” and “let’s rest” in the same session.
